Your dashboard has three findings and no audience. Turn each finding into a claim, the evidence, and an ask. Build and repair the deck with Copilot in PowerPoint, then present it to the room.

What the day is for

By 4:00 PM every group has presented a deck built from the Day 1 file: three findings, each as a claim with evidence and an ask, every number checked against the sheet. Day 2 is almost all hands-on. Copilot in PowerPoint writes the first draft; you make it true, clear, and worth a decision.

Run of show

Six blocks of 50 minutes. A break after every block. The day ends at 4:00 PM.

Before you start

  1. 1Open your Meridian dashboard from the same OneDrive folder you used on Day 1.
  2. 2Confirm that AutoSave is on and that the Dashboard sheet has your three findings.
  3. 3Open PowerPoint and confirm that the Copilot button is on the Home tab.
  4. 4Keep the Excel file open all day. Every number on a slide comes from it.

If you did not finish Day 1, use the CHECKPOINT file and the three findings in the Day 1 answer sheet your instructor gives you. Do not start Day 2 without a clean file.
